Guarantees
Guarantees and Service Assurance
Shorkom operates an evidence first workflow that defines success upfront, validates milestones, and enforces accountability based on the agreed scope.
Outcome Definition:
Success criteria, acceptance metrics, and delivery timeline are defined before work starts.
Scope Lock:
Inclusions, exclusions, and assumptions are locked to prevent scope creep and post delivery disputes.
Milestone Evidence:
Progress is validated through tangible deliverables at predefined checkpoints.
Verification and Accountability:
Results are checked against agreed criteria using a pass or fail determination and remedies are applied as defined.
Providers are responsible for their deliverables and compliance. Shorkom provides coordination, evidence collection, and dispute prevention mechanisms.

- Timeline: target resolution within 30 days of filing, subject to evidence and complexity.
- Finality: arbitration or legal decisions are binding for all parties.
- Costs: borne by involved parties unless a prior agreement states otherwise.

A perpetual, exclusive, non transferable, and global license is granted for commercial use of project deliverables for permitted purposes only.
- IP Rights: Service providers retain ownership related to products or services delivered.
- Permitted Uses: includes advertising, promotion, and product integration.
- Prohibitions: unlawful, unethical, or defamatory uses are excluded.
Access
Access and Restrictions
Permitted Ages
- 18+: full platform access granted.
- 12 to 18: access requires verified parental consent.
- Under 12: restricted to child specific services under full supervision.
Unauthorized Usage
Shorkom prohibits harassment, fraud, harmful content, and impersonation or false identity representation.

- Warranties: service providers guarantee quality as per agreed project terms.
